After I found out what Beabadoobee posted on her insta story I'm not sure if I like her as much.

It wasn't needed to say the least.

1 to 12 is crazy!

Also do you just listen to a song, get tired, listen, get tired, on a loop?

Is that why the same songs go up and down so frequently?

What did you think of 'The Giver'?

M

mrstarling

2

I actually wasn't gonna say this in my comment due to the backlash but since you asked I really don't like it and I think it's a bad move on her side.

On a good note I'm really getting into her song After Midnight and I listened to her whole album which I mostly enjoyed, it's nice to have somewhat of a positive view on her.

Piran

1

I respect your opinion. I like the song a lot even if she's definitely done better.

I like that she's being bold and heading in a different direction to her usual sound. It's certainly better than Calvin's attempt at country. I'll give it that.

Very pleased that ‘Tell Me’ finally entered the Top 40! About time we had a feel-good dance tune break through. ‘Wildflower’ may be on ACR but it did incredibly well considering it’s only been a single for two weeks.

As a sidenote, I like how ‘Revolving Door’ and ‘The Door’ are neighbours in my tier list today… 😭

'Asking' is definitely the better of the two Sonny Fodera and Clementine Douglas collabs.

M

2

It's not bad but it's ok. I've liked more songs from the both of them.

‘What The Just Happened’ is a fitting title for the UK’s Eurovision entry because that was my exact reaction to the song after I heard it.

Like, the girls sound fine outside of the autotune, but there's absolutely nothing that stands out about it. There are also far too many tempo changes to the point where I have no idea how they're going to sell this live.

Obviously, I wish them well, but I could easily see this being another "nul points"… 😔

I haven't heard it yet or knew of it's release.

Who is this Bhad Bharbie artist who is charting?? And what's this viral feud about??

avatar

Piran

3

Maybe it’s the late 2000s nostalgia in me, but I liked Gaga’s new album a lot!

I appreciate how she’s staying true to her iconic dance-pop bangers, even if things did fall off a bit in the second half when she moved closer to ballads. Nothing particularly wrong with them but they just didn’t fit in the rest of the album.

As for the chart, ‘Abracadabra’ returning to its peak is amazing, as is the debut for ‘Garden Of Eden’. My other favourites were ‘Zombieboy’, ‘How Bad Do U Want Me’ and ‘Don’t Call Tonight’.

M

Gaga did really well with her new album! I really enjoyed it

I wasn't fond of the ballads either, it just felt like they were there to shift the sound all so she could put die with a smile on which was meant to be a standalone so shouldn't be on it, feels like it was added because of its popularity and I'd rather an artist stay true to what they want their project to be then fall to greed

Doechii is highly talented but ‘Anxiety’ might be one of her best songs to date! I love it when artists show off their adaptability like this. So glad to see her with a new career peak and another Top 10 hit! ❤️

It’s just a shame that ‘Denial Is A River’ went on ACR this early.

Glad to see Tom Grennan speak about the issue of male suicide.. we really needed that song this week!
