ORDINARY

Ordinary by Californian singer-songwriter Alex Warren, was released on 7 February 2025 via Atlantic Records.
The lead single from his second studio album You'll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 2) was written by Warren and producer Adam Yaron, alongside Cal Shapiro and Mags Duval.
The song became Alex Warren's first UK Top 10 hit, and on 21 March 2025 reached Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart, with Alex collecting his first Number 1 Award from Official Charts.
Speaking exclusively to Official Charts, Alex Warren said: “Thank you to the UK for the Number 1 single of the week, I promise I won't let you down – I’ll make you proud!”
As the breakout Californian singer-songwriter secured an unprecedented 12th week at Number 1 in June 2025, Official Charts confirmed that puts Alex Warren as the US artist with the most consecutive weeks at Number 1 in Official Singles Chart history. Securing the feat, he trumps Slim Whitman, who managed 11 consecutive weeks at the summit with Rose Marie way back in 1955.
In April 2025, Official Charts announced that Ordinary was one of the UK's biggest songs of 2025 so far.
