Official Trending Chart: Sam Ryder, Jorja Smith and Beyoncé set to rise
Sam Ryder's You're Christmas To Me spends a second week at the top of the UK's Official Trending Chart, ahead of an expected arrival in the Top 10 later this week.
The original composition, released as part of Amazon Music's Christmas Original range, made its UK Top 40 debut last week at Number 23 (Sam's third UK Top 40 hit overall), and is now predicted to shoot up the Official Singles Chart, currently tracking for a brand new peak of Number 4.
It would be the second Top 10 single for Sam, who previously made it to Number 2 with his Eurovision anthem Space Man, which narrowly missed on Number 1 last year following his second place finish in the 2022 competition.
Not far behind is West Midlands chanteuse Jorja Smith, her sultry cover of East-17's Stay Another Day - another Amazon Music Original - is also looking ahead towards a big boost this week. All being well, Stay Another Day is tracking to leap a massive 24 places to Number 14.
The BRIT and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter has previously enjoyed six UK Top 40 singles, her highest-peaking being summer jam Be Honest with Burna Boy in 2019, which reached Number 8.
This is her house! Following the cinematic debut of Renaissance: The Film, Beyoncé has blessed the children with a brand new song. The braggadocious My House was a surprise release last Friday, and is one of several new entries on the Official Trending Chart this week.
Other new entries come from Meghan Trainor's take on the festive classic Jingle Bells, jazz singer Laufey's take on Winter Wonderland and Sabrina Carpenter's thoroughly coquettish Buy Me Presents, taken from her naughty-and-nice festive EP, fruitcake.
