Do you mean how do you start new threads on buzzjack? There's a 'new thread' button in the bottom right hand corner if you are in any of the forums. Do check that your idea for a new thread isn't duplicating an existing currently-active thread, or that your post doesn't fit better inside one of the continuously ongoing threads (weekly chart show, weekly sales, spotify, itunes etc), but even if the moderators decide that one of those is the case they'll just merge it into where they think it fits, and you shouldn't need to worry too much about it, so feel free to start a new thread on buzzjack.

My main highlight was seeing 'Somedays' reach Top 10 for the first time during its charts run. Congrats to Sonny Fodera, D.O.D and Jazzy for making it into the region.
I'm glad Billie rebounded a bit from its ACR hit this week but still disappointing it won't be able to reach Number 1.
I was shocked that Linkin Park made it into the Top 10. Even if I'm not a big fan of the new song, at least it gives something to the fans.
'Moi' wasn't it for me. I mean no surprise since it's Cench but obviously he has his audience.
I can't stand 'Sailor Song'. Definitely TikTok doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
I wonder how The Weeknd will do next week in the chart. Song needs to grow on me a bit but it wasn't bad on first listen.

Both the original and Ella Henderson duet versions of ‘Carry You Home’ did nothing at all for me unfortunately.
Turns out that wasn’t the only disappointment of the week, because for as much as I love RAYE, not even she could save ‘Moi’. :/
Glad to see the rebound for ‘Red Wine Supernova’ but surprised that ‘Pink Pony Club’ hasn’t overtaken it yet.

Some big songs being put on ACR this week. I wish ‘Birds Of A Feather’ could’ve gone to #1 but it had a really good run and Billie managed to get a chart-topper during the summer anyway. :)
On the other hand, it’s about time ‘Austin’ finally got hit. It had been lingering around in the Top 10 for way too long.
Speaking of which, ‘Somedays’ entering the Top 10 is a welcome surprise. I’m also pleased that ‘Sailor Song’ is rapidly approaching the region and I hope it can break through next time!

It’s not among their best for me, but Emily sounds fantastic on vocals and I’m curious to see what else she can bring to this new era for the group (even if she does have a controversial past).
As for the music, Chester would definitely be so proud of them and RIP to him. I know the whole country seems to be obsessed with Oasis right now but this is the kind of rock revival that I’ve been waiting for! ❤️

Yes, it's a fantastic return for Linkin Park - so good to have some powerful, energetic rock back in the chart. There's some great stuff around at the moment but it feels like it's been about 15 years since there was any true rock getting in! (Oh, except for Lost, last year, obvs).

so i don’t know if chester would have liked the choice of replacement singer. emily had to defend a 🍇 ist who was part of her scientology cult, but even though she knew she was wrong for doing so and no longer has ties to scientology, i don’t think chester would have liked seeing emily in the band considering he was sa’d as a child.

Good point! BMTH used to be amazing and are still pretty decent but one week at a time means I forgot about them. MCR had a one-weeker recently-ish I think too. It's probably 50/50 on whether Linkin Park are even in the top 100 next week though, lol.

Yeah, Emily did release a statement last week highlighting the fact that she cut ties with scientology and withdrew her comments about Danny Masterton, but I can see why some fans may still be a bit dubious about the band appointing her as the new lead singer. Chester's son certainly didn't agree with the decision... 😳
