Nope, the 3 song rule is only 3 per artist across EVERY album, not 3 songs per album.

Otherwise, we would’ve seen a lot more Adele songs recently, as a lot of them were high on streaming when Easy On Me was announced/released.

Also, with songs with two lead artists, OCC credits the first one listed as the main artist, which is why it counts for Ed Sheeran (Ed Sheeran with Elton John) and not for Justin Bieber (The Kid LAROI with Justin Bieber).

It is crazy a few years ago it used to be a battle between the pogues and Mariah with the Pogues often starting higher with Mariah overtaking towards Xmas. It seems to have faded some in more recent years and Wham has suddenly become the biggest hit now!
