It is looking as though albums now have to make the top 3 of the sales chart to have a chance of cracking the overall top 40. That’s just unsustainable and does no favors to newer artists. Time to consider a change of sales / streaming weighting or go down billboards route of a separate chart for older albums - maybe those over 200 weeks and outside the top 10? That would create some space.
