The Number 1 race just got interesting as The Fate of Ophelia, HUNTR/X with Golden (2) and Olivia Dean's Man I Need (3) are tantalisingly close to each other in this week's Official Chart First Look.
Having taken top spot for the second consecutive week on Friday, Taylor Swift's popular track is facing stiff competition from two previous Number 1 singles to make it a third on the trot, but the American currently leads the way.
Moreover, HUNTR/X are also eyeing further inclusions in this week's charts as How It's Done aims to scale new heights and pierce the Top 10 for the very first time (10). What It Sounds Like also makes its presence known, currently sitting at Number 14. The track previously peaked at Number 70 back in July and has seen a huge uptake in popularity so far.
Oliva Dean also finds three other hits Nice To Each Other (7), So Easy (To Fall In Love) (8) and her collaboration with recent Mercury Prize winner Sam Fender on Rein Me In (9) on track to break the Top 10.
And there is more good news for the Geordie boy, who could see his recent collaboration with Elton John, Talk To You, take the prize as highest new entry this week (12). The first single off the deluxe version of his record-breaking album People Watching, it caps off a week of celebrations and emotions for the Fender family.
Sienna Spiro is quickly becoming the UK's next big thing. Her track Die On This Hill was a welcome inclusion last week, but now it could find itself skyrocketing up the chart, on course to jump eight places (18). You can check Official Charts Ones To Watch piece on the Brit here.
Following the release of their newest record Deadbeat, Tame Impala see their single Dracula potentially ascending an enormous 17 places to score the track its highest charting position to date (22).
And that's not all for the group from Down Under! A new track My Old Ways may break the Top 40 this week (30).
Chappell Roan and Pink Pony Club could see a healthy rise in the charts again this week, up six places so far (26).
Last Friday, Ed Sheeran released a remix version of his most recent Number 1 project Play and as a result, both Sapphire (33) and Camera (40) are tracking to re-enter the Top 40.
Joji is looking to secure his third Top 40 single, as his latest track PIXELATED KISSES sits at Number 34.
Myles Smith could see Stay (If You Wanna Dance) also see a Top 40 resurgence, moving six positions so far this week (36).
And finally, with Calvin Harris releasing a new remix of his most recent single Ocean, the original track featuring Jessie Reyez may enter the Top 40 fray again (37).

Good to see 'Talk To Me' and 'What It Sounds Like' set to break through.
Very impressed at the gain for 'Dracula' but not happy about 'Stay' possibly returning.
