Inside Khalid's Official Irish Singles Chart history - his biggest hits in Ireland revealed

In little over two years since his breakthrough, Khalid has rarely strayed from the Irish Singles Chart. To date he's racked up 14 entries on the Top 50, most recently last week with My Bad, making Ireland one of his most successful territories when it comes to chart appearances. 

Before emerging in 2016 with his debut single Location, Khalid moved across America and Europe with his family, studying music and singing at various schools and posting his own work on Soundcloud. Things took off quickly after that, featuring on hit singles with Logic, Calvin Harris and Marshmello as well as releasing his own album American Teen in 2017. 

Despite the recent flurry of chart entries, Khalid's guest spot on Benny Blanco's Eastside is currently his only chart-topper on Irish soil and has racked up the most audio and video streams of all his singles at a combined 13.7m.

The 21-year-old's collaboration with anonymous DJ/producer Marshmello on Silence was his first Top 5 hit on the Official Irish Charts, peaking at Number 4, and currently ranks as Khalid's second biggest track in Ireland to date - although it is his most downloaded song overall. Placing third is another collaboration, 1-800-273-8255 with Logic and Alessia Cara - a song promoting America's National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Khalid's first major hit by himself in Ireland was Young Dumb & Broke, a Number 17 hit in 2017. That song ranks fourth overall with 6.17m streams. His duet Love Lies with former Fifth Harmony star Normani, taken from the Love, Simon film soundtrack, completes the Top 5.
