Chappell Roan takes on Sabrina Carpenter for her first UK Number 1 single
Good Luck, Babe! is closer than ever to topping the charts - but it has to move Taste out of the way first.

Chappell Roan is closer than ever to her first UK Number 1 single. Good Luck, Babe! (2) is currently fewer than 2,000 chart units away from overtaking Sabrina Carpenter’s current chart-topper Taste (1).
Chappell could also see her kitschy banger Red Wine Supernova re-enter the chart at its highest-ever position (20) following the culmination of the UK and Irish leg of her The Midwest Princess tour.
Set to rise again for another week, Sonny Fodera, Jazzy and D.O.D’s Somedays could reach a new peak of Number 6 on Friday.
Teddy Swims’ The Door is pushing its way up the Top 20 – and is within touching distance of an entry into the Top 10 (11), up five after 48 hours.
Coldplay’s most recent single WE PRAY ft. Little Simz, Burna Boy, Elyanna and Tini, is up 17 places so far, at Number 14 on the First Look.

I was shocked to see 'Somedays' climb 4 places. It's doing well on Amazon Sales and iTunes, plus it's rising on Spotify. So glad it's making its way up the chart.
'WE PRAY' is only here because there are currently discounts on the CD and vinyl pressings for the single. Love the chorus but everything else is just, fine.
Linkin Park already falling out the Top 10 which isn't a surprise to me. Comeback singles tend to do very well to start with but eventually fall at a fairly steady pace.
The Weeknd already out the Top 20 surprised me but in all fairness it's nothing too refreshing from him but it'll likely have a few weeks in the Top 40 then slip out.

Good to see 'Red Wine Supernova' set to re-enter and heading for the Top 20 as it's one of the best tracks from her album (which was released a year ago today).
