Kelly Clarkson was American Idol's first ever winner back in 2002 and went on to become a household name across the globe.

In the UK, Kelly Clarkson has enjoyed a string of Top 10 hits, her debut single Miss Independent reached Number 6 in 2003, less than two years later in July 2005 she scored her first Top 5 hit with pop-rock anthem Since U Been Gone.

2009 saw Kelly Clarkson scoop her first UK Number 1 single with My Life Would Suck Without You, while her 2013 festive favourite Underneath The Three has gone on to become a Christmas classic. Adopted by the British public as a contemporary seasonal staple, the song's peak position on the Official Chart has climbed and climbed since its release, and on 13 December 2024 Underneath The Tree finally broke the UK Top 10 after eleven years on chart.
