Rag'n'Bone Man's Human album reaches one million combined sales in the UK
Rag'n'Bone Man's debut album Human has reached a huge UK sales milestone after hitting one million combined sales in the UK.
The soul singer's first collection achieved the landmark figure in the final week of 2017, taking Human's year-end total to 1,001,912, according to Official Charts Company data.
77.1% of that figure is made up of physical sales (CD and vinyl), with the rest coming from downloads (15.4%) and streams (7.3%).
Only Ed Sheeran's ÷ shifted more in 2017, while no other album reached the million combined sales mark last year. Check out the full Top 40 biggest albums of 2017 on the Official Chart here.
Rag'n'Bone Man released Human last February, spending two weeks at Number 1 and becoming the fastest selling debut album of the decade for a male solo artist after shifting 117,000 in its opening week.
The record has so far notched up 36 weeks in the Top 10 - and it's currently still inside the Top 5 on the Official Albums Chart.
Rag'n'Bone Man also takes the title as the most successful debut album of 2017 in the UK, finishing ahead of Liam Gallagher's As You Were, Stormzy's Gang Signs & Prayer and Harry Styles' self-titled.
The collection's lead single, Human, was also a huge success last year and finished inside the Top 10 of the Top 40 biggest singles of 2017 on the Official Chart - check out the full list here.
