Is another Perfect Moment on the way for Martine McCutcheon?

The former UK chart topper is back with her brand new single Say I'm Not Alone, premiered earlier today (May 30) on Fearne Cotton's BBC Radio 2 show.

Say I'm Not Alone is the lead single from Martine's upcoming fourth studio album Lost and Found, scheduled for a August 11 release. The album is Martine's first album in over 14 years; her last LP Musicality was released in December 2002.

Martine was obviously excited on social media and confirmed she is currently filming her new music video with a behind the scenes video.

Martine is famous for her transition from a soapstar to a popstar. She traded in her popular role as Tiffany Mitchell in EastEnders to launch a music career back in 1998, and earned 5 Top 10 singles.

Martine's first music was well received and her debut single, Perfect Moment went straight in at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart in 1999, fending off the likes of Suede, Mr. Oizo and Eminem. Impressively, the track sold 200,287 copies in just seven days. Look back at Martine's meteoric rise to Number 1.

Martine is back on BBC Radio 2 this Saturday (June 3) with Graham Norton to talk more about her music comeback
