Get ready to step back in time...

Calling all Kylie Minogue fans: prepare to step back in time, as her self-titled 1994 album is getting a reissue.

The collection will be re-released later this year by Vibe On Records and will include two discs with "an amazing set of rare and previously unreleased bonus tracks". More details are expected to be announced soon.

The star's fifth album marked a dramatic change in sound for her, being her first not to be produced by Stock Aitken Waterman - the team behind her all her previous records and biggest hits until that point, including Hand On Your Heart, Better The Devil You Know and I Should Be So Lucky.

Kylie Minogue was also her first album released under Deconstruction Records after leaving label Mushroom. It peaked at Number 4 on the Official Albums Chart and spawned singles Confide in Me and Put Yourself In My Place.

Kylie is currently working on her 14th studio album, and if her Instagram is anything to go by, it'll be another big pop affair. The star recently shared an image in the studio with songwriter Bonnie McKee, who has worked with Katy Perry on hits like California Gurls, Wide Awake and Teenage Dream.

Bit annoying as I recall that it got reissued back in 2003 with a bonus disc, as did the severely underrated 'Impossible Princess', but it'll be interesting to see what unreleased goodies are on it nonetheless.

Also, I think you meant to say "after leaving label PWL" instead of "after leaving label Mushroom", because her first four albums were released on PWL in the UK, whilst she was still on Mushroom in Australia until it closed in 2005 and merged into Warners, so I've got no idea where you got that one from. We all make mistakes, however.

oooooooh! exciting! can't wait to see the tracklisting :) I've been a longtime Kylie fan since day one (1987? 88?) and I remember reading fanzines and press around '93 and '94 that she was working with a TON of new people for this album, and then in the end only 10 tracks were on the CD :\ So good for deConstruction for raiding the vaults and dusting off all these unreleased tracks, I'll buy it for sure!
