Emma Bunton responds to Spice Girls reunion rumours and confirms she is working on new solo music
Emma Bunton has responded to the many rumours about the upcoming Spice Girls reunion.
In an interview with ITV's This Morning, she teased: "There is definitely something in the pipeline. It's difficult because I hope everyone appreciates that we want it to be the right thing, that's all it is."
Asked whether they planned to tour, she said: "A tour, I'm not sure, but I think a few shows would be good." Emma also insisted the group haven't been asked to headline next year's Glastonbury as was recently reported.
What about those Spiceworld 2 film rumours? "Definitely not a movie," she said, although an animated film is "something we may be talking about".
Finally, what about Victoria Beckham's involvement in the project? "I'm sure she will be involved in some way." Well that clears that up, doesn't it?

Emma also revealed she is back in the recording studio working on new solo music - her first in over a decade.
"I am back in the studio," she said. "I am in the studio having fun with some music on my own at the moment. Just to see if anything works."
Emma scored seven Top 10 singles across three albums between 2001 and 2006, including Free Me, Maybe and the Number 1 hit What Took You So Long.
