Timeless sees The Weeknd team up with Playboi Carti, released on 27 September 2024 through XO/Republic Records.
Making its debut at Estádio Morumbi in São Paulo, where Carti surprised fans with a secret appearance during The Weeknd's sold-out show. Timeless is The Weeknd's second collaboration with Playboi Carti to date, the pair joined forces with queen of pop Madonna on Popular, which became one of Madonna's most-streamed songs of all time in the UK.
With Pharrell Williams on production duties, Timeless elevated The Weeknd and Carti's previous chemistry to new heights with a boundary-breaking banger. The song paves the way for The Weeknd’s full-length album, Hurry Up Tomorrow - an album marking the culmination of his trilogy of studio projects, following 2022's Dawn FM and 2020's After Hours.
