Brand New Sun, released 17 October 2023 is the second single from Take That's ninth studio album This Life (out 24 November 2023).

The follow-up to lead single Windows, Brand New Sun sees Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald's vocal harmonies coupled with soft acoustic guitars. The track is written by Gary, Mark and Howard, along with Ben Mark and Jamie Norton.

A few days after the single's release, on 21 October Take That performed Brand New Sun on their first ever appearance on Later…with Jools Holland, as they showcased music from upcoming album This Life.

On the making of the album Take That said “It’s been a wonderful experience being back in the studio together making this record. It has that feeling of spreading your wings, letting out the old and bringing in the new.”
