GET BACK
by BEATLES WITH BILLY PRESTON

Get Back was the closing track of the Beatles' last studio album, Let It Be, which was released just after the band had split up for good. The first and only time The Beatles topped the Official Singles Chart with a collaborator (US keyboardist and singer Billy Preston), Get Back was produced and engineered by George Martin and Glyn Johns.

The song took a satirical look at attitudes towards immigrants in Britain, intending to parody the negative attitudes that were rife among politicians and the press at that time.
