soul music don't get much of a look in on the charts nahadays cept for a few artists, it aint right. I'm appy Madge is doin so well with FEL more power to er n all on ere.

62,000 in 24 wks is hardly "doing so well".

FEL has still charted longer than any of Kylie's last 6 releases, and you'll just have to fume.

Wks on the chart are not that important if the sales are weak. Perhaps Kylie has been less weeks except for Golden but Kylie last two studio albums have sold over 170,000 copies. Madame X scraped over 60,000 and Rebel Heart 110,000. Obvious most fans are not keen on her recent music. Most singers have dips in careers Kylie and all but I don't pretend she has not unlike Madonna fans who won't face reality and still think she sells in the millions like before.

There's no "perhaps" about it, and don't pretend you wouldn't have been gloating if Kylie had scored more weeks on the chart than Madonna with her latest release. You're also ignoring the fact Madonna didn't promote her albums like Kylie did all over the UK (including music festivals). One late night slot on Graham Norton clearly wasn't enough, and she didn't even perform. What Madonna fan acts like she's still selling millions like before? I don't think anyone has ever said that, you're just putting words in our mouths.

Course you are! Kylie promoted all over the UK and even did Infinite Disco online, which was more promo for the album. Add to this all the different versions, including the later ones like the Guest List edition, the extended mixes and Infinite Live and anyone with a brain can understand why she sold more than Madonna did in total for the UK. Now shall we talk about how much it sold "worldwide" in comparison to Madame X? That is a very dirty word to Kylie fans, so of course you won't.

But like I said Kylie had less weeks but sold more and to me that's more important. I'm sure Madonna fans knew she had a new cd out and yes she has been 24 wks in the chart but only 3 in top 40. The reason FEL has been around 24 wks is down to streaming not being bought as it has not been in sales,physical or vinyl chart for about 4 months and streaming is free! So realistically is has not sold 62,000 because streaming is not buying and sold means bought.

500,000 and only 29,000 in France and 25,000 in Italy and I know Kylie isn't selling as much as Madonna worldwide but Madonna isn't exactly selling bucketloads worldwide anymore. I live in the UK so not fussed about other countries.

and like I said, Kylie benefit hugely from releasing many different versions as well as all the constant promo. Madonna didn't. Kylie released Disco in 2020 when sales were much healthier than they were when FEL came out. and this stupid argument about people streaming instead of buying doesn't hold much water when there's a long string of verified purchases on Amazon as well as other markets. I could also argue some of Kylie's numbers are also down to streaming. The BPI certified FEL as Silver recently, so are you going to argue with them too? I mean, how bitter do you have to BE the constantly keep and eye on the physical chart each week? You seriously need to get a life.

So Italy and France constitutes as WW, does it? Nobody said she's selling like she used to, but who is? You're talking as if Madonna is the only one whose sales have plummeted. It doesn't automatically erase what she sold prior to that, or the 13#1 singles and 12# albums. Wishful thinking, eh? lmao.
