It’s a second big week at Number 1 for musical spectacular Wicked.

The film shows true staying power as it racks up over 116k sales this week, for a total of 280.6k over its opening two weeks.

This means that for a second week it holds off competition from mystery thriller Conclave which holds strong at Number 2, while Dreamworks adventure The Wild Robot soars 13 places back up to its previous peak of Number 3. The film’s voice cast includes a heap of popular names including Lupita Nyong'o, Pedro Pascal, Catherine O'Hara, Bill Nighy, Kit Connor, Mark Hamill, Matt Berry and Ving Rhames.

This week’s highest new entry comes from 1995 crime thriller Seven (4), which enters the chart for the very first time following a new 4K UHD release including a limited edition Steelbook.

Alien: Romulus claims a place in the Top 5 for another week (5), finishing ahead of Venom: The Last Dance (6) and Dune: Part Two (7) which both drop week-on-week.

Our second new entry this week comes from Donald Trump early-career biopic The Apprentice, starring Sebastian Stan as Trump and Jeremy Strong as infamous lawyer Roy Cohn. Landing in at Number 8 this week, it enters the chart following its release on disc.

Rounding out the week’s Top 10 is Bad Boys: Ride or Die (9), closely followed by French sci-fi action film Survive (2024) (10) which enters the Top 10 for the first time after climbing two places.
