Jools' Annual Hootenanny is an annual staple that has been helping music lovers to ring in the New Year since 1994. Hosted by Jools Holland, the show always features an infectious Hogmanay-style party atmosphere and plenty of great guests from an electric array of music genres.
Who is on Jools Holland's Annual Hootenanny 2024/2025?
Jools and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra will be joined on the night by Little Mix star JADE, who launched her solo career this year with the Top 10 single Angel of My Dreams, and by Mercury Prize-nominated singer-songwriter CMAT. He will also welcome The Boomtown Rats, Marc Almond and Paul Carrack – plus Queen's Roger Taylor and Kathy Sledge of Sister Sledge. As ever, it's a stellar guest list.

This year's Hootenanny airs at 11.30pm on New Year's Eve, Tuesday December 31, on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer. You'll also be able to catch up on iPlayer afterwards.
At the same time on BBC One, Sophie Ellis-Bextor will host Sophie Ellis-Bextor New Year's Eve disco in two parts. Part one will air at 11.30pm and part two will air at 00.10am following a short break for Big Ben's midnight bongs and a firework display from London's South Bank.
