Watch Rag'n'Bone Man's stunning performance of Grace as he's announced as Vevo's first LIFT act of 2017

Unless you've been hiding in a soundproofed cave miles from civilisation for the last few months, you'll have almost certainly heard the name Rag'n'Bone Man being bounded about.

His recent single Human has virtually been inescapable since it shot to Number 2 last Christmas (and the top of the charts across Europe before that), and more recently, he won the prestigious BRITs Critics' Choice Award and is also up for the British Breakthrough prize at the awards later this month. 

Now, he's been announced as Vevo's first LIFT act of 2017, their program that supports new talent with shooting original performances and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage. Previous LIFT acts include Bastille, Years & Years and Zara Larsson. 

First up from Rag'n'Bone Man is a stunning performance (seriously) of Grace, a track taken from his debut album Human, which is out today. It's a stripped back affair with a simple backdrop, but boy is it effective. Watch below:
