Top of the Pops' 2019 Christmas and New Year line-up revealed, including Lewis Capaldi, Mabel, Dermot Kennedy and Freya Ridings
Top of the Pops is returning once again over the Christmas period, with 25 chart stars of 2019 performing on the iconic TV show.
Fearne Cotton and Clara Amfo will return as hosts for the two one-hour specials, which will air on Christmas Day and Monday December 30.
Arguably the biggest name in music this year, Lewis Capaldi will perform on both episodes. Lewis claimed one of the year's biggest songs in Someone You Loved, and scored the fastest-selling debut album of 2019 with Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, also the longest-reigning chart-topper of the year.

Mabel is a guest on the both instalments too, capping off an incredible year for her. Mabel's single Don't Call Me Up is the biggest song of the year (so far) by a British female artist, and her debut album High Expectations reached Number 3 on the Official Albums Chart.
Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy will take to the stage on both shows, performing songs from his Number 1 debut album Without Fear. Other acts who topped the albums chart this year who will also perform are Tom Walker, The Script and Jack Savoretti. AJ Tracey, Freya Ridings and James Blunt all had Top 3 albums this year, and they're on the bill too.
BRITs Rising Star 2020 winner Celeste, Jorja Smith, Labrinth, Jax Jones & Ella Henderson, Sigala & Becky Hill, Blossoms, Sigma, Regard & Jay Sean, Joel Corry & Hayley May, and Lily Moore & Dan Caplen complete the line-up.
