Tion Wayne and Russ Millions’ Body rockets to Official Irish Singles Chart top spot
Congratulations to Tion Wayne and Russ Millions who ascend to Number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart with Body.
Powered by its remix featuring the huge list of collaborators of Bugzy Malone, Fivio Foreign, Darkoo, Buni, ArrDee, and E1 & ZT, the Drill-genred track lifts from Number 13 last week to the top spot.
Body’s success makes Tion Wayne and Russ Millions the first British-born rappers to claim a Number 1 single in Ireland since October 2017 when 21 Savage assisted Post Malone on the chart-topping Rockstar.
After five weeks at Number 1, Montero (Call Me By Your Name) from Lil Nas X drops one spot to Number 2.
Billie Eilish collects this week’s highest new entry at Number 3 with Your Power, the third Top 10 single taken from the US star’s upcoming album Happier Than Ever. Up four places to Number 4 is Kiss Me More, Doja Cat’s collaboration with Sza taken from her forthcoming album Planet Her.
First entering the chart in November following the release of their album of the same name, Little Mix’s new single Confetti returns to the Top 50 after being reworked to feature US rapper Saweetie; the track hits a new high of Number 25.
Irish group Picture This scoop their 18th Top 50 hit with LA House Party (30) and I Did It, an all-star collaboration from DJ Khaled, Post Malone, Megan The Stallion, DaBaby and Lil Baby rounds of this week’s new entries (48).
