Only One is taken from Jackman's self-titled debut album, which is released on March 23 through London Records.
The Motown-inspired record includes new single How Will I Know, which was recorded around time of his grandma's death. Jackman will perform the song on this Saturday's episode of The Voice.
"I’d been to New York to visit my Granny the same week, and so my emotions were high in the studio," he said. "She was very much in my thoughts as I recorded the single and I think you can hear that in my vocal."
The 20 year-old singer won last year's series of The Voice UK. His renditions of A House Is Not A Home, Wrecking Ball and I'm Telling You from the show have garnered over five million views online.
