The Voice UK: Emma Willis confirmed as host for first series on ITV
Emma Willis has been confirmed as the sole host for the sixth series of The Voice UK, the first season on ITV.
The talent contest's main presenter since the third season in 2013, Emma is the first name announced for the show's fresh start on a new channel. Her co-presenter for the past three years Marvin Humes will not be returning.
Confirming his departure, Marvin said: "I’ve loved every minute of working on The Voice for the past 3 series and will miss working with Emma and the team. It’s one of the best shows on TV and I'll definitely be tuning in to see the new series. I wish the new team the best of luck and look forward to working more with ITV in the near future."

Emma said in a statement: “The Voice UK is very close to my heart and I’m absolutely delighted to be back on the show. Roll on the blind auditions!”
With a presenter now confirmed, the next step is finalising the show's four coaches. No names have been officially announced so far. Last year, the show introduced two new coaches in Paloma Faith and Boy George.
The 2016 series was won by former Liberty X vocalist Kevin Simm. His single All You Good Friends reached Number 24 in April. Other winners include Leanne Mitchell, Andrea Begley, Jermain Jackman and Stevie McCrorie.
