The UK’s Official Top 40 best-selling CDs of 2023
Coming in strong at Number 2 is 1989 (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift, with 98.9k CD sales, closely followed by The Rolling Stones’ Hackney Diamonds at Number 3 with 98.7k CDs.
The full Top 40 is jam-packed with chart-topping new releases from Lewis Capaldi, P!nk, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Kylie Minogue and Lana Del Rey and lots more.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds also feature at Number 11 with Council Skies, while Andre Rieu & the Johann Strauss Orchestra land at 16 with Jewels of Romance, and Cliff Richard’s Cliff with Strings – My Kinda Life lands at 18.
Seven compilations feature in the Top 40 biggest CDs of 2023, including six NOW music collections, two of which feature in the Top 10; Now That’s What I Call Music 115 (7) and Now That’s What I Call Music 114 (8).
