The UK's most downloaded dance tracks of all time revealed!

MTV Dance have counted down the Official All-Time Dance Download Chart Top 20, to celebrate a decade of digital downloading in the UK.

Congratulations to Daft Punk whose 2013 single, Get Lucky, has been revealed as the UK’s most downloaded dance track of all time by music TV channel MTV Dance.

The Official All-time Dance Download Chart Top 20 was unveiled as part of the UK music industry’s Decade Of Digital celebrations. The initiative, supported by the BPI, the Entertainment Retailers’ Association and the Official Charts Company, is designed to celebrate 10 years since legitimate downloading launched in the UK in 2004.

Get Lucky, which also features Pharrell Williams and Chic guitarist Nile Rodgers, climbed to Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart just over a year ago to give French dance duo Daft Punk their first ever UK chart topper. The retro-flavoured track has sold over 1.37 million copies to date.

"We never ever in a million years, no matter what anyone else tells you, expected it to do what it's done," Nile Rodgers tells OfficialCharts.com. "The success and acceptance by the public is off the charts."

Rihanna and Calvin Harris’ 2011 collaboration, We Found Love, is the UK’s second biggest selling digital dance track with 1.34 million downloads to its name.

Avicii’s 2013 Number 1 hit, Wake Me Up, is at Number 3 in the all-time chart, while LMFAO’s 2011 single Party Rock Anthem is at Number 4. The Top 5 is completed by K-Pop hero Psy’s viral smash Gangnam Style (5).
