The lineup for this year's Apple Music Festival has been announced; and it's packed with A-list megastars to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Britney Spears, Robbie Williams, The 1975 and Elton John are among those who will perform at the multi-day festival, which kicks off on September 18 at London's Roundhouse and runs until September 30.

"I'm so excited to go back to London, which is a special place for me to visit," said Britney, who has spent the last three years performing exclusively in Las Vegas at her Piece Of Me residency. "I'm really looking forward to performing at the Apple Music Festival. "It's also their tenth birthday. It's going to be a great party."

Other performers confirmed for the festival are Alicia Keys, OneRepublic, Calvin Harris, Bastille, Michael Buble and Chance The Rapper.

Elton John will play this year's Apple Music Festival

The Apple Music Festival - previously known as the iTunes Festival - is now in its tenth year and is famous for drawing in huge acts to perform at London's intimate Roundhouse in Camden. Last years performers included One Direction, The Weeknd, Florence + The Machine and Take That.

Best of all, tickets for the shows are free: fans in the UK apply to win tickets by entering prize draws through Apple Music. Each show will also be made available live and on-demand to Apple Music members.

Apple's vice president of international content Oliver Schusser said: "Over the past decade the festival has brought the biggest and best artists from all over the world to London and into the homes of millions of music fans.

"This year's Apple Music Festival builds on that incredible legacy and we couldn't be more excited to have another amazing line-up to celebrate our tenth birthday."
