The BRIT Awards with MasterCard are set to take place on Tuesday, February 21. The UK’s biggest, best and most star-studded of all awards ceremonies will once again take place at London’s O2 and will be hosted by Gavin And Stacy star James Corden. It will also be broadcast live on ITV.

This year’s BRIT Awards trophy will be designed by Sir Peter Blake, who has been responsible for some of the most iconic album covers of all time, including The Beatles’ ‘Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’, Paul Weller’s ‘Stanley Road’, Oasis’ ‘Stop The Clocks’ as well as the single sleeve for Band Aid’s ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas?’. This is the second year the BRITs have turned over their trophy to a leading British creative - last year fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood adorned the coveted statue.

“We are delighted to be back at The O2 for a second year and also to welcome James Corden back again as our host, he did a fantastic job last year,” said BRITs Chairman David Joseph. “ We feel hugely honoured that Sir Peter Blake accepted the challenge of designing the trophy this year - the result is incredible. Having created possibly the world’s most iconic album sleeve with The Beatles, Sir Peter’s work is synonymous with the best of British music."

This year’s event featured live performances by Take That, Adele (pictured), Rihanna, Mumford & Sons, Plan B, Arcade Fire, Tinie Tempah and Cee Lo Green with Paloma Faith. You can relive all the action here.
