Taylor Swift is one of the world's biggest stars, translating to an impressive chart history on the Official Irish Singles Chart.

As songs from Taylor's re-recording of her Fearless album become her latest in long string of Top 50 hits, let's see how well her other songs have performed in Ireland.

Top 50 hits

Tay Tay has appeared in the Official Irish Singles Chart Top 50 on 42 occasions, more than the likes of her contemporary chart heavyweights like Ariana Grande, Rita Ora and her foe-turned-friend Katy Perry.

An impressive eight songs impacted the Top 50 from her Red album, her first Number 1 in Ireland. She has since had a further five chart-topping albums, and has the most Number 1s of the millennium for a female artist.

How many times has she cracked the Top 10?

Taylor has landed in the Top 10 on 18 occasions, including - somewhat peculiarly - landing at Number 4 four times. Her first top flight hit was 2008's Love Story which topped out at Number 3, with her most recent being the re-recording of that same track, which debuted at Number 7.

Perhaps surprising to some, but Taylor has hit Number 1 just the once, with Look What You Made Me Do in 2017. At least she hasn't had to suffer the frustrating of narrowly missing out on a chart-topper - Taylor is yet to score a Number 2 on Irish soil.

Some of her songs have charted higher in Ireland than anywhere else

We all know Ireland loves a bit of Ed Sheeran, so much so that him and Taylor's collaboration Everything Has Changed charted higher in Ireland than in any other country.

After performing the song together on Britain's Got Talent (broadcast on TV3), the song reached Number 5, two places higher than in the UK, and 27 spots more than in the US.
