Three songs from Taylor Swift's new album Folklore are set for big entries on this week's Official Singles Chart.
Following the record's surprise release last Friday (July 24), trailer single Cardigan is on track to claim the week's highest new entry, currently at Number 4, followed by The 1 at Number 5 and Exile with Bon Iver at Number 7. If they all hold inside the Top 10, it would take the star's tally of UK Top 10s to 16.
Taylor's eighth studio album has been met with rave reviews by critics, praised for its introspective songwriting an emotional weight.
Meanwhile, current Number 1 Head & Heart by Joel Corry ft. MNEK looks set to keep the top spot for a second week, while a flurry of new entries are on course for big debuts.
Lighter, the new single by British producer Nathan Dawe and YouTuber/rapper KSI, is on course for a Top 10 debut at Number 6. Nathan made his Top 40 debut in April with a rework of garage-pop classic Flowers, while for KSI it could mark his third Top 10 single in eight months.
Elsewhere, Little Mix are eyeing up their 16th Top 10 on the Official Singles Chart with new track Holiday, currently placed at Number 9. The group's previous release Break Up Song also debuted at Number 9 in April.
Finally, Two-time chart topper Gareth Malone is on course to land a Top 40 hit this week with You Are My Sunshine, recorded with 11,000 participants of his Great British Home Chorus project from around the world. The choirmaster announced the initiative at the start of the UK lockdown in March, aiming to bring communities together digitally to help boost morale during the coronavirus crisis. The track starts at Number 10.
The final Official Chart Top 40 will be unveiled on BBC Radio 1’s Official Chart with Scott Mills this Friday from 4pm, with the full Official Singles Chart Top 100 published on OfficialCharts.com from 5.45pm.

Yeah, most of the sales are from iTunes pre ordering, and I agree it won't be that high on Friday.
It isn't getting many more sales, with no streaming. I honestly doubt it being in even the Top 100 by the end of the week.

Okay i see the top 20 now - Like Topic Rain On Me is set for a small ACR drop however like death bed i expect it will drop further. 5 singles won't survive the top 10, however I expect no 9 and 10 to drop. i doubt it will tho. the longest continuous weeks at no 1 this year is 2 i think whereas in the us the top 20 is literally all of 2020's most famous US R&B albums and the odd US thing (hamilton, country...)

Not really keen on her latest songs/Album, i have seen her live with Justin Bieber at Wembley Arena back in November 23, 2009, She was much better at Country Music that in her lane the songs from 2012 has been average to good.
