Swedish House Mafia’s Don’t You Worry Child FT John Martin is officially the most listened to track in the UK this week.

After four weeks on the Official Streaming Chart, the superstar DJ collective have knocked Rihanna’s Diamonds (Number 2) off the top spot in a move which mirrored their Official Singles Chart performance last month.

The Official Streaming Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company on behalf of the British music industry, and has been running since May. It is the first chart which ranks audio streams from both ad-funded and subscription streaming services in the UK, which reflects the increasing interest in the new generation of music services such as Spotify, Deezer, Napster and We7.

K-pop sensation PSY’s Gangnam Style holds firm at Number 3, while Calvin Harris and Florence Welch’s Sweet Nothing continues to climb up the chart, surging seven places to Number 4. The Top 5 is completed by Taylor Swift’s We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, which is down one place to Number 5.

New Entries

There are 12 new entries on this week’s Official Streaming Chart, with nearly half of those (five) belonging to British alternative rockers Alt-J.

Following their Mercury Prize win last week, tracks from the Leeds quartet’s first album, An Awesome Wave have flooded the chart. Fitzpleasure is new in at 68, Matilda debuts at 71, Dissolve Me enters at 73, while Intro and Taro occupy Number 99 and 100, respectively.

Robbie WilliamsCandy, which topped the Official Singles Chart on Sunday, is this week’s highest new entry at Number 20. Former Official Streaming Chart-topper Wiley is new in at Number 44 with his latest track, Can You Hear Me? (Ayayaya), while Naughty Boy’s Wonder FT Emeli Sande debuts at 57.

This week’s new entries are completed by Asaf Avidan And The MojosOne Day/Reckoning Song (77), Of Monsters And Men’s Mountain Song (87), Bastille’s Flaws, and Calvin HarrisBounce FT Kelis.
