It's official - Scissor Sisters have officially ended their indefinite hiatus to celebrate that band's 20th anniversary with a brand-new tour for next year.
Announced this morning, three of the band's original members - Jake Shears, Babydaddy and Del Marquis - are officially getting the band back together for a UK arena tour set to take place in 2025.
Sadly, though, founding member Ana Matronic will not be taking part in reunion, choosing instead to focus on other projects.
The news comes 12 years after the band entered an indefinite hiatus following the release of their fourth album Magic Hour, which contained the singles Only The Horses and Let's Have A Kiki.
The reunion will be, in part, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their self-titled debut album. Next year, they'll hit arenas up and down the country, including Cardiff, Manchester and London.
In a press release, frontman Shears said: "It’s the 20th anniversary of our debut album, so it really feels like the right time to revisit all the intense excitement of that moment.
"I don’t think I’d seen that show since it was filmed in 2007, but we were all kind of surprised by how great it was. And chatting with fans during the screening really brought back what a special moment it was for all of us.”
Fans were clued into the news last night, when the band's logo's since been displayed outside venues including Manchester's Co-op Live, London's The O2 and Glasgow's OVO Hydro.

To date, Scissor Sisters boast four UK Top 10 albums, including two chart-topping LPs: 2004's Scissor Sisters (1), 2006's Ta-Dah! (1), 2010's Night Work (2) and 2012 release Magic Hour (4).
The group's 2006 track I Don't Feel Like Dancin' topped the Official Singles Chart in 2006; one of 10 UK Top 40 singles.
Yes. Scissor Sisters - Jake Shears, Babydaddy and Del Marquis - will be officially reuniting next year for a UK arena tour.
Sadly, no. The band's sole female member will not be joining the band on the road. She's bowing out to focus on other projects. Since the band's hiatus, she's forged a career as a popular DJ and presenter on BBC Radio 2.
Again, we're yet to hear an official announcement, though we doubt the biggest arenas across the country have joined forces to troll us all.
The band have not announced any new music to accompany the tour. In the meantime, we'll chuck on a bit of Take Your Mama.
The fan pre-sale for tickets will commence on November 6 at 9am, whist general sale will begin November 8 at 9am.

She’s irrelevant, didn’t add anything to the group
So, no Ana Matronic, no point to complain
