A clash of titans like this could only happen on the Official Video Chart.

Nobby Butcher versus Deadpool - not a chart battle we ever expected we would see.

Sacha Baron Cohen latest movie Grimsby is headed for the Official Video Chart Number 1 as of today's chart update, and is 5,000 copies ahead of the Ryan Reynolds epic which has held the top spot for the last three weeks.

Deadpool (2) is the third fastest-selling DVD/Blu-Ray release of the year so far, shifting over 500,000 copies in just two weeks. The only movies to sell more in a seven day period in 2016 are Spectre and the fastest seller of the year Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The Revenant holds firm at Number 3 at the halfway point, while Dad's Army gains one place at the midweek stage (4). Rounding out the Top 5 is Zoolander 2 - modest sales see it potentially debut at Number 5.

New entries and high climbers

The fourth season of Netflix's epic drama House of Cards is a new entry at 6, and Now You See Me skips 10 places to 14 following the cinematic release of its sequel. Hungarian drama Son of Saul - which won Best Foreign Film at the Academy Awards - is a newbie at 16, with Nicole Kidman's Secret In Their Eyes begins at 18.

Horror movie Underworld - Legend of the Jinn starts out at 19, with Steven Seagal's Asian Connection landing at 21. Romance movie The Choice is new at 25, Lego Justice League: Gotham City Breakout debuts at 34 and The Last Witch Hunter leaps seven places to 39.
