S Club 7 confirm reunion for Children In Need
The group will reunite for a special performance for next month’s Children In Need.
S Club 7 have announced details of their reunion, confirming they will perform for this year’s Children In Need.
The group, which originally formed in 1998, will reunite for a special performance for BBC Children In Need this November.
All the members of the band – Rachel Stevens, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O’Meara, Hannah Spearritt, Paul Cattermole, Jon Lee and Tina Barrett – will perform a medley of their greatest hits during the annual BBC charity event on Friday, November 14.
"We're massive fans of BBC Children in Need and it was great to be able to support the charity all those years ago," said the group in a statement.
"We're really looking forward to bringing it all back for Pudsey, for BBC Children In Need and for all our fans who have been so great over the years. This is going to be the mega S Club party of all time!"
S Club 7 previously released two singles in support of Children In Need – 2000’s Never Had A Dream Come True and Have You Ever in 2001. Both reached Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart.
The group have sold over four million albums worldwide across four studio albums between 1999 and 2002, three of which peaked inside the Top 5. They also scored 11 Top 10 singles, including Number 1s Bring It All Back and Don’t Stop Movin’.
