What is Record Store Day?
The biggest new music event of the past decade, Record Store Day began in 2007, when a group of US record store owners gathered to spread the word about the importance of record shop culture.
RSD's first official event took place in April 2008 and, since then, has become the ultimate celebration of independent record shops across the globe; with artists releasing highly sought-after, limited edition variants for the occasion.
