Pet Shop Boys announce Yes and Elysium as the next releases in their Catalogue series
Further Listening includes Pet Shop Boys' version of The Loving Kind, a song they wrote that became a hit for Girls Aloud.
Following the remastered release of three of their classic albums, Pet Shop Boys have announced the next two records that will be re-released as part of their Catalogue: 1985-2012 series.
The Further Listening editions of 2009's Yes and 2012's Elysium will be released for download, 2CD, 3CD and vinyl LP on October 20, the next two in a collection of eleven studio album reissues scheduled. The eleven albums as part of the series are all of Chris Lowe and Neil Tennant's works released under their record deal with Parlophone.
In addition to the original albums which have been fine-tuned, both Yes and Elysium come with 2CDs of extras, including remixes, demos and tracks that have never been previously available to the public. Yes' new exclusives include Pet Shop Boys' version of The loving kind, a song they wrote with Xenomania which became a hit for Girls Aloud.

Elysium's bonus features include demo songs She pops, In slow motion, and an earlier version of their single Vocal, which went on be the second single from their 2013 album Electric. Both The loving kind (monitor mix) and Vocal (Demo) are available immediately following pre-order.
Only the CD versions feature the Further Listening rarities; the vinyl versions feature the remastered original album content only. The full tracklistings are available on the Pet Shop Boys official website.
Yes and Elysium were both successful on the Official Albums Chart, peaking at Number 4 and 9 respectively. All 13 of the Pet Shop Boys' studio albums have reached the UK Top 10, and you can view their full UK chart history here.
The first three Catalogue re-releases Nightlife, Release and Fundamental all hit the Official Albums Chart Top 40 earlier this month.
