This week's X Factor will feature masterclasses with ABBA's Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus.

The ABBA legends will be taking part in this week's show to celebrate the success of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. Andersson will host a masterclass with the show's semi-finalists during the week, while Ulvaeus will be at the studio watching their performances on Saturday night.

Performances of the ABBA songs featured in the hit musical will be the contestants' last chance to earn a place in the huge X Factor final on December 1.

Benny Andersson said, “I am very happy to be hosting a masterclass and hear the last six contestants perform our songs. I am thrilled The X Factor is celebrating the Mamma Mia! film soundtracks.”

“I am looking forward to being at The X Factor studio on Saturday night and see how the contestants put their own spin on our songs" Bjorn added, "just as Cher, Meryl Streep, Lily James and the rest of the cast did in the movies.”

The long-awaited Mamma Mia sequel has been a huge success in 2018, with the cast recording notching up five weeks at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart.

Last week's X Factor saw Bella Penfold leave the competition after being sent home with the fewest public votes.

Shan Ako was also sent home on public votes following her sing-off with Acacia & Aaliyah going to deadlock, with each act receiving two votes from the Judges.

The X Factor airs on Saturdays and Sundays until December 1. Check out the best-selling X Factor winner's singles here.
