Paolo Nutini’s first album in eight years, Last Night In The Bittersweet makes a Number 1 debut on the Official Irish Albums Chart.

The collection is the most-bought album on both physical and digital download copies, demoting Harry Styles’ Harry’s House to Number 2, though the latter is the most streamed album of the week.

Elsewhere in the Top 10, Elton John’s Diamonds greatest hits collection ascends seven to Number 6 following his concert in Cork last week. Jumping into the Top 20 this week is Elvis Presley’s ELV1S: 30 Number 1 Hits, which continues to move up the chart, rising 12 places to Number 13 as Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis biopic continues to play in cinemas.

Westlife’s upcoming Dublin dates this weekend send the group flying up the charts, with their Greatest Hits (21) and 2021 studio album Wild Dreams (31) returning to the Top 50.

Finally, Fontaines D.C. soar to Number 24 with their chart-topping third album Skinty Fia, following their own tour dates in Dublin last week.
