One Direction have announced details of their new album FOUR and released a free download of a new song.
The group’s fourth studio LP is available to pre order from today (September 8), ahead of its release on November 17 through Syco Records.
Fans can also head to the band’s official website, where new song Fireproof has been released as a free download for 24 hours as “a thank you to fans”. The track was co-written by members Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.
FOUR - described as their most “personal” album yet- follows last year’s Midnight Memories LP, which topped the Official Album Chart and was named the best-selling record of 2013 after shifting 685,000 copies in just five weeks.
Since then, they have also been named the IFPI’s Global Artist of last year for becoming the biggest-selling act in the world, shifting a total of 46 million records to date.
