Olly Murs, Lionel Richie, MNEK and more stars reveal their all-time favourite albums
Music icons and TV stars reveal the ultimate record in their collection to OfficialCharts.com.
What's your favourite album of all time? It's a simple enough question in theory, but the answer for most of us requires more thought than you'd first imagine.
Sure, we all have 10, 15, 30 albums in our collection we adore, but selecting a favourite of the lot? It's like picking a favourite child. And what criteria does it meet to be your absolute favourite? Was is a record you grew up with and played non-stop in your teens, one your parents put on and got you into music in the first place, or an oldie but a goodie that you still wheel out on the regular today?

To celebrate 60 years of the Official Albums Chart this month, we asked a whole load of stars including Olly Murs, Lionel Richie, Barry Gibb, Gaby Roslin, Paddy McGuinness and MNEK to tell us which is their favourite album and share their memories of it. Hit play below...
We've asked loads more stars to tell us about their favourite album - we'll be posting them on our Twitter and Facebook pages throughout July.
Now we need you!
It's not all about famous people - we want to know what your all-time favourite album is and why. Tweet us your ultimate record and a picture of yourself with it (if you physically own it, of course) to @OfficialCharts, tagging #MyFavouriteAlbum. I'd like to see what this video would be like in 20 or 30 years time, people could be listing albums that we all think of as 'ok' now but because they've not mellowed we dismiss them as being great albums
