Maybe even a rule where only whatever cap records that make it to the separate genres charts can make it into the final Top 100 pool at all will make it more varied.

I would also like the website to carry the Capital Countdown, BMRB, Record Business, MRIB Charts, Spotlight Publishing Ireland, The Big Top 40 brand in it's entirety history.

It's important for integrity of the Official Charts site to document the second Official Chart of the recognised Official Chart Sector now that Gallop is complete on the site the Independent Bodies Official Chart must be completed as afterall Independent Radio, TV and Publications Official Compilings count as an Alternative Official Chart by the definition and rules of what one is.

But then these secondary Indie Official Main Charts mainly by MRIB for the most amount of years but the others were the pre and post linage for the brand too also have their own Metal, 12", Rock, Reggae, Disco, European, Airplay ect genre sub Official Indie Body Charts.

I would also like OCC to collect every Heritage and Legacy Chart track date from each chart track form every date and make some Official Chart Rules numbers reorderings from the same date period from your own data for those hits on those days from The Mike Read Heritage Chart Top 40 from October 2020-May 2022 when the Legacy Chart joint in then expand it to a Top whatever numbers it is without doubles reordering counting both Heritage and Legacy Hits from the time in it up until the latest vote forms for both.

Up from that period log every new track on the forms mainly Radio Airplay tracks they say so the polls themselves are legit for making an Official Classic Artists Chart from after the recordings of what's been done already with official current numbers flipping the numbers around into the Official one before then.

I don't know how that would work but I like an Official Chart for these artists alone it's fun getting the fans vote but an official one working on correcting the order of the fans charts into the real order but then to add jeopardy to it putting in 2000/01/02/03-2020/21/22/23 chart hitters from the many off shoot charts here from the same weeks also putting that data into it we maybe have ourselves a Top 100 even starting from the Mike Read 2020 only one chart era reordered by data.

Even if it was to take the Mike Read and Dawn Parry hard work history out of it and just start straight away in 2023 taking every 20+ year artist from every station TV and Radio from that UK, Ireland and Germany Airplay Website as well as existing sleepers chart hitters from your own separates and gather data for every track you find classic and now for a definitive Official Music Legends 100 it would be the best thing you could do for these records outside of not counting professional buisness sales for them to enter proper Top 100.

Of course bring back the old Bruno Brooks 120-180 minute experience 90 minutes is just Official Charts admitting there's a fiddle with the chart due to professionals being counted and that their own chart isn't any good anymore but 5 genre pollution because that many of the tracks just doesn't matter on our chart anymore to let you listen to them even a sample so we are just going to cut half of the numbers off not even play a chorus clip under the rundown

Ok there is the occasional Bingo Hall sleeper hit that is actually a good musically to listen to Lounge and Techno banger as well as your occasional good rap and grime as well but it's the professionals making the bad ones hit the charts and taking away the real credibility of the good from the stinking hits making the real chart not tso real on peoples reflections and sales to the everyday man.

But at the moment there is a lot of pollution of only the 5 genres Bingo Hall Lounge, Bingo Hall Techno, Urban Rap, Urban Grime and Latin by these professionals buying sources for Nightclub, Bingo Halls Itself, Lifts, Zumba Class, Professional Rappers Learning To Flow Better it's a unfair playing field on sales at the moment and it means no Rock, No Legacy, No Heritage, No Real Pop, No Jungle, No Garage, No Classical thats made now gets a looking in to making the 100.

Also buying a duplicate copy for damage they should be DQ straight away I think it's the sales part of it ruining the chart at the moment how professionals and duplicate same time or same address different times are brought into the figures to artificially inflate the ones for Bingo Hall as surely not that many people are listening the looped noise based genre thinking it's the real best music of today.

That is my honest opinion the sales needs to be no Nightclubs and other Professional DJs allowed just a true level playing field for the sales portion from non professional purposes.

That means unfortunately if you know it's a DJ name and address on a web purchase DQ, if they are wearing uniform or declare themselves at a store itself DQ simple as a completely fair and transparent way of having a level playing field between Modern and Heritage Artists for the true number 1 banning the professionals or 25% out of 100% pointing them if even they must count or something.

It's because of these professional industry sales figures counting we are not seeing all the Heritage/Legacy Artist toppers from the Mike Read Multi Station and the Dawn Parry 365 Charts we got at the moment make it into the main chart at all and we haven't even got duplicates from those charts counted in the Vinyl and Indie charts of those tracks enter the chart at higher spots or even entering at all and they are proven to be high charters in their separates.

The Professional Industry who thinks that Bingo Hall and Techno is the good music just because it works for their professional nightclubs doesn't mean that everything from the genre is a true peoples view because it isn't counting only sales to real people but these DJS.

I feel that DJ sales shouldn't be counted only what the consumer panels buy at every Mainstream and Indie store around the UK.

I feel DJ's being counted buying multiple often copies of the one genre Bingo Hall Lounge or whatever it's called officially for their late night club sets are ruining the true thing that matters for the chart what the real everyday people are buying not Club DJs.

I think official charts need a massive shakeup on time and broadcast early on prime time radio like at 7am for even more listeners and also say put the charts that normally on radio 1 on radio 2 or on a podcast radio official singles charts from midnight . Sounds a plan also 60 to 90 mins running time would benefit new structor. Or have a repeat in afternoon Saturday or Monday

please publish a chart without acr and the 3-single rule, can even be an unofficial chart in a section like the streaming chart, dance chart etc.

Agreed. The current ACR rule might be there to “help” promote new music and ensure a more diverse chart for Radio and TV to focus on, but it is masking the real sales and streaming. Similarly, I am not convinced by the converted Sales ratios on Streams. It seems far too easy to get to Million or even the holy grail of 2M sales. It used to be a major thing and hard to achieve. These days, you can stream anywhere. I love streaming and a lot of new music but overtime the measures also devalue our music legacy that some of our older charts leave behind when compared. But I know it difficult and I don’t have the answer, but alternative views that have not been tampered with would help.
