Natalie La Rose heading for Number 1 debut with Somebody
Plus tracks from Lawson, DJ S.K.T and Disclosure are Top 40 bound this week.
Natalie La Rose is on course to score this week’s Official Singles Chart Number 1 with Jeremih collaboration, Somebody.
The track - which interpolates Whitney Houston’s 1987 Number 1 I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) and LMFAO’s Shots - has already enjoyed worldwide chart success, reaching the Top 10 in the USA, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands and South Africa.
Somebody currently leads its nearest competitor, reigning chart-topper Jason Derulo’s Want To Want Me (2), by nearly 5,000 combined sales.
OMI’s Cheerleader is set for an eighth week in the Top 5, trailed by Lawson, who are on track to score their highest charting single in three years with Roads (4), and Taylor Swift’s Bad Blood FT Kendrick Lamar (5).
New releases
British underground music producer DJ S.K.T is on track to make his Official Chart debut this weekend with Take Me Away FT Rae (11), while Florence + The Machine is set to score a ninth Top 40 with Ship To Wreck (24).
Elsewhere, The Weeknd is heading for a third UK Top 40 with The Hills (27), as Disclosure are set for a fifth with new Gregory Porter collaboration, Holding On (33).
Rounding out today’s Official Singles Chart Update Top 40 is Ed Sheeran’s Photograph (40), which is on track to score a new Official Singles Chart peak this weekend.

It was at the lower end of the chart on streaming only up to this week :). Probably will not hold on at No 1 by the weekend, boosted by months of pre-sales so far this week :)

i like this song a lot,didn't think it would be such a big hit though after it's placings at the lower end of the chart.
