It was the reunion that many thought would never happen, but the long-awaited comeback is well underway for the original incarnation of Sugababes – now known as Mutya Keisha Siobhan or MKS.
The trio have just released the video for Flatline, their first single since reforming last year. The track is produced by Dev Hynes, who has previously worked with Beyoncé's sister Solange Knowles and Florence and the Machine, and is working with Britney Spears on her forthcoming album.
Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy, were the founding members of Sugababes and last in the Official Singles Chart together in July 2001, when Soul Sound reached Number 30.
Flatline is released on 15 September. An album is set to follow in early 2014.
Earlier this month, Mutya Keisha and Siobhan played their first live show since reuniting at London’s Scala. Read our report from the gig.
