London Grammar have unveiled their new single, titled Baby It's You.

The track is the trio's first new music in three years, following their chart-topping 2017 album Truth Is A Beautiful Thing.

Out now via Ministry Of Sound, Baby It's You marks a bright and uplifting return for the band, who produced the track alongside electronic pioneer George FitzGerald.

Following its premiere on Radio 1 as Annie Mac's Hottest Record In The World, singer Hannah Reid said: "We are so excited to release our new song Baby It’s You. It’s been a long time coming and is just the beginning of something we hope will be really special."

I'm loving this return. Her voice is so incredible and the production, whilst not the usual downtempo style we're used to, compliments her voice as magically as before. Can't wait to see them live again
