Little Mix wish the Official Singles Chart happy birthday!

This week marks the 60th birthday of the Official Singles Chart. To celebrate, X Factor winners Little Mix reveal the first singles they ever bought… And they even sing them, too!

This week marks the 60th birthday of the Official Singles Chart. To celebrate, X Factor winners Little Mix reveal the first singles they ever bought… And they even sing them, too!

“First of all we wanna say happy birthday!” says Jesy. “You’re looking great for your age, love! I tell you that, I hope I look like you when I’m 60!”

She then went on to tell us that the first single she ever bought was Spice Girls’ 1997 Number 1 smash, Spice Up Your Life. Meanwhile, Perrie remembers the first single she got was S Club 7’s 2000 Number 2 hit, Reach.

Jade’s first single was Aqua’s 1997 Number 1, Dr Jones, while Leigh-Anne’s was Cleopatra’s 1998 Number 3 hit, Cleopatra's Theme (‘Cleopatra coming at ya!’).

They even manage to sing a bit of Hanson’s MMMBop and S Club 7’s Don't Stop Movin', too! Watch the interview below:
