Kate Bush fends off competition from Beyoncé to land third week at Number 1 on Irish Singles Chart

Kate Bush fends off some tough competition from Beyoncé to remain at Number 1 on the Irish Singles Chart with Running Up That Hill for a third week.
Running Up That Hill’s chart resurgence is thanks to its feature in the latest season of Stranger Things – the final volume of which has just been released to Netflix.
Beyoncé’s comeback track Break My Soul vaults up a massive sixteen places today to reach a new peak of Number 2, it’s her first solo Top 10 in Ireland since Drunk In Love in 2014.
Drake is also on an upwards trajectory, Honestly, Nevermind track Massive shifts two places up to a new peak of Number 5.

He may have been denied a Number 1 Irish Album last week by Harry Styles, but George Ezra leaps into the Top 10 today with Green Green Grass up three to a new peak (10). Also reaching a new peak today: Nathan Dawe and Ella Henderson with 21 Reasons (11).
Belters Only also secure a new peak for their latest track I Will Survive (15), as do OneRepublic with I Ain’t Worried (17). Doja Cat also finds an uplift for Vegas thanks to the release of the new Elvis biopic, the song is featured on the official soundtrack and jumps seven places today (20).
This week’s highest new entry comes courtesy of Charlie Puth and BTS member Jung Kook, who debut inside the Top 40 with Left And Right (33), while Olivia Rodrigo’s Traitor re-enters the chart following her Glastonbury debut (35).
There are further debuts from Taylor Swift and Carolina (42) and Dave’s surprise freestyle drop My 24th Birthday (45).
And finally, this week’s final new entry is Eminem, who teams up with Snoop Dogg for From The D2 to the LBC (48).
