Juice WRLD tops this week's Official Trending Chart with Lucid Dreams
Plus BTS, Baby Shark, The Chainsmokers and the current Australian Number 1 by Dean Lewis all impact this week.
Rising star rapper Juice WLRD is Number 1 on this week's Official Trending Chart with Lucid Dreams.
The Official Trending Chart tracks the Top 20 songs enjoying the biggest gains of the week, based on upward movement on the Official Singles Chart.
Number 11 on the Official Singles Chart for the past three weeks, and Number 12 for a fortnight before then, Lucid Dreams has been on the cusp of the UK Top 10 for a month and a half. Sampling Sting's Shape Of My Heart, Lucid Dreams may finally clinch a top flight placing, and in the process, scoops the trending Number 1.
In its second week of release, Jess Glynne's All I Am rises to Number 2 on the Official Trending Chart, while BTS debut at Number 3 with IDOL; both the original album version and the new remix ft. Nicki Minaj count towards its Trending Chart placing.
Dynoro & Gigi D'Agostino's dance anthem In My Mind, and kids viral sensation Baby Shark by Pinkfong are big climbers, while there are big new entries from Jason Derulo & David Guetta with Goodbye ft. Nicki Minaj & Willy William, and Bring Me The Horizon with Mantra.
Finally, Dean Lewis makes an appearance as buzz builds for his breakthrough hit Be Alright. The song is currently Number 1 in Australia on ARIA's Singles Chart.

About the Official Trending Chart
The Official Trending Chart is a brand new chart launched for 2016 to highlight the hottest new tracks beginning to make an impact in the UK every week.
The Top 20 rundown, published on OfficialCharts.com every Tuesday, based on the first four days’ sales of each chart week, is designed to highlight emerging hits as they begin to scale the Official Charts and build buzz.
The Official Trending Chart ranks titles which are showing week-on-week chart growth, and is the only “new music” chart to reflect audio track sales and streams comprehensively across all services.
Devised by the Official Charts Company in close consultation with labels, retailers and media, the chart since launch has already highlighted emerging hits such as future Number 1 singles Rudimental's These Days, Shotgun by George Ezra, and Jess Glynne's I'll Be There.
The chart is designed to help highlight hit singles in their early stages of their growth, in the light of the shift in release strategies of record labels over the past six months. Under “On Air On Sale”, labels have started to release new music for consumers to buy or stream on the same day as those tracks are released to media (including radio stations and TV).
