JADE celebrates first Official Top 10 single with Angel Of My Dreams

Better act like you're Top 10, honey!

The final Little Mix member to launch her solo career, Jade Thirlwall (now going by JADE, period) today claims her first-ever Official Top 10 single with Angel Of My Dreams.

The everything-and-the-kitchen-sink chaotic pop banger, produced by acclaimed RAYE collaborator Mike Sabbath, debuts at Number 7 on the Official Singles Chart; one of four new entries inside the Top 40.

JADE's success follows that of Little Mix bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards, both of whom have already made their solo Official Chart debuts.

In June 2023, Leigh-Anne scored her first Top 20 single as a soloist when the slick, garage-infused Don't Say Love debuted at Number 11 in the UK.

Earlier this year, Perrie earnt her first-ever solo Top 10 with Forget About Us (10). At the time, Perrie told Official Charts: "Top 10, wow! I can't thank you enough for the love and support everyone has shown Forget About Us. It truly means the world to me!"

Former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson released her first solo track, Nicki Minaj collaboration Boyz, in October 2022, with the track debuting at Number 4 on the Official Singles Chart.

As a group, Little Mix racked up 32 Official Top 40 singles across a career spanning 10 years (so far); including Number 1 hits Cannonball, Wings, Black Magic and the BRIT Award-winning Shout Out To My Ex.

The band's fourth studio record, Glory Days, topped the Official Albums Chart for five non-consecutive weeks following its release in December 2016.
