Irish Women in Harmony have shared more details of their upcoming festive single, out later this week.

The collective's second release is an original song titled Together at Christmas and is out on Thursday November 19. The track is available to pre-save now. Proceeds from the single will go to ISPCC Childline.

26 of Ireland's brightest female talents have come together for the release, flanked by a tween choir of 18 girls and and 6 instrumentalists.

Returning for IWIH's second single include founder RuthAnne, Ailbhe Reddy, Aimée, Aine Cahill, Emma Langford, Erica Cody, Eve Belle, Faye O'Rourke, Fia Moon, Laoise, Lyra, Melina Malone, Moya Brennan, Roe, Sibéal, Soulé, Stephanie Rainey, Tolu Makay, Una Healy and Wyvern Lingo. New artists to the group for this yuletide track include Kehli, Lenii, Siights and Sophie Doyle Ryder.

During lockdown, RuthAnne formed Irish Women in Harmony, who raised over €250,000 for SAFE Ireland with their first single, a cover of Dreams by The Cranberries.

On release in June, Dreams debuted at Number 15 on the Official Irish Singles Chart and is the most downloaded song of 2020 so far by an Irish act. Dreams also peaked at Number 1 on the Official Irish Homegrown Chart, becoming the first song by a female act to reach the top spot of the chart, which is inclusive of Irish acts only.
